So where is the SaaS revenue? Who is using the SaaS product? It seems they have pivoted to lending now as we are hearing more about the lending customers then the SaaS customers. Where are the SaaS metrics? Number of users, transactions, total transaction revenue etc? I originally came for the SaaS and also the ability of the software to automatically reconcile invoices/payments, this alone is absolutely brilliant for a small business. However there seems to be slow, no or low adoption and no commentary around this. If it was slow I am sure in the reports/interviews they could elaborate that we are trialling these with "X" amount of companies but it is taking longer for us to get them to sign over etc. Great promise for this company but where is the take up?
