Yes as rivella said you should compare interim with interim and final with final. On that basis its been increasing almost every year - you'll see a graph of the dividends since inception on much of WMI's material.
There's actually 3 dividends as there's a "special" dividend they pay along with the final one hence why the last one was 4c+4c = 8c.
If they've upped the interim to 5c I suspect in 6 months we'll see 5c+5c final+special dividend.
