    Sounds like justifying a whole lot of long lunch meetings to me LOL!

    It's pretty simple stuff IMO, HUM should know what the business is worth to them, as should the buyer, if the price matches up great, if not then get past it, the rest is just justification of ridiculous fees.

    Warren Buffett gets it done with a handshake FFS! Then just tells the lawyers and accountants to work the details out.......

    Only becomes "complicated" when a clueless buyer and a clueless seller meet.......
