I'm new to this stock. What I don't get is the huge institutional support of the stock; 25m; and then the sudden decline well below the current SPP price of 7.70. Also, they have extended the time to participate in the SPP ...and then announced they will release results 1 day before it ends. The point is that the markets and holders will not have enough time to digest the results before committing to purchase shares at 7.70 ...it seems like this will be a failed SPP raising.
