    Hi goslan,

    No that is not correct. I didn't hear any mention at the AGM of needing to fend off a takeover or an offer of $3.90. The real news at the AGM was the gradual introduction of the $2.50 charge and the resulant eventual EPS of 40 cents per share and on a PE of 15 = $6. Hypothetically, if someone was to make an offer now it would have to be North of $5 would'nt you think ?
