MQ arriving on site in two weeks to inspect progress reminds me of the opening scene in Return of the Jedi. Vader informs the General the Emperor is on his way to inspect the progress of the new Death Star. JVH probably telling the crews on site to shape up and get things humming before the Emperor arrives end of Feb.
