Hmmmmm.... Latitude releasing over 431m shares from escrow:

I wonder if LFS were just pushing for the purchase to be completed before they had to announce this. Once these hit the market, next week, I would expect the bottom to fall out of their SP - probably in March, after any initial market interest (or manipulation) dies off. I hope I'm wrong.

I fear we are all going to see our investments significantly drop in value if the board lets this through. If this happens, I will happily join any queue for a class action against them and their advisers. (I hope they have great professional indemnity insurance.)
