Reading together with the presentation can give us a better picture of the company’s performance.

I would take this half year a very positive one. My takeaway are

(1)Not only Central Adelaide Local health Network on board,which was announced to the market by the company, Southern DHB ( New Zealand) and Royal Children’s Hospital, Melbourne, and Children’s Queensland Hospital are on board now via our different offers and services.

(2) We has grown our international presence into Uganda and Columbia. Ampath (South Africa) is going to trial our Rippledown.

(3) My eye opener is that the company confirms that “Beamtree’s foundation services reported 100% contract renewal”.



(4) it is better to read together the presentation, that might settle our concern over our cash flow situation. Timing issue is not rare in business. Obviously two large payment timing drag our cashflow before the cutoff date.

(5) sometimes we have to suffer the pains of large investment and expense on Human Resources in short term to gain our long standing of our business. That depends on everyone’s timeframe of each shareholders and the confidence in management. I am fine with that increase.

(6)The company looks very reluctant to communicate with shareholders though in behind scene there were a lot of activities going on. But they kept silence even in their twitter account their latest twitter dated Nov 3, 2021. I understand the contract or renewal in value is under the threshold, but why can’t they put out an update for each quarter? Is this just because of ASX and ASIC’s red tape?

(7) In last announcement there was mentioned a trial for Singapore health authority. but in these half year disclosures not a word is on this trial status.

As a long term investor, I am overall happy with the ambitions the company has and optimistic about its future.
