time to buy?

Obviously things are happening behind the scenes which were probably scripted many weeks/months ago and are now being played out.

The latest announcement hints at an administrator being appointed though the intent of the announcement was positive in that the funds would be made available by 27/11/09. I find it hard to believe that in relation to the funding that no contingency plans are in place.

The mere mention of an administrator in the latest announcement surely should have been followed with a trading halt announcement. Do MST know something we don't? Of course they do and is probably why there is no trading halt, which means they will be trading next week and beyond.

I'm holding onto my shares and if it all turns sour, well so be it. I'm even thinking of picking up a few more.
