I think we'd be better off partnering with them via connect (like the vivino/ebay partnerships) so that our winery friends have an extra income stream via our service. Launching our own competing service would cost huge $$ for minimal return, whereas if we partnered with Bright Cellars/Good Pair Days etc, we have minimal up front costs and could generate fee $ immediately.
I've been very very surprised we haven't done this already - i've used GPD for years and their 'catalog' has only recently expanded.
