There is support for the wind up or move it to the open pool. Essentially there is an event that may well arise that they cannot buyback more without a shareholders meeting. They have purchased 134million to date. they only have ability per the 3C to repurchase another 82 million. With all the noise the daily buybacks are running anywhere between 1.5 million to 2 million. that is anywhere between 40 to 50 trading days or 10 weeks. So if this flood of selling does not dry up then they would enter a period where there was no buyback support.
That also may provide a re-entry point.
