The broker Taylor Collison purchased 836,000 shares at the open on the 10th of Feb. All for slightly less than $0.10. They look like they purchased another 260,000 on the 14th but cant confirm yet.

So far from 1-Feb to 10-Feb they have net purchases of 2,460,295 shares or 0.52% of the company. Canaccord have picked up an additional 1,097,143 shares or 0.23% in the same time.

My guess is that this is a fund manager reweighting into CHZ but could be wrong.

Today (15th of Feb) the $0.11 offer got wiped out 20 mins are open.

Looking like more buyers than sellers atm.
