According to news reports the NSW Liberal party rank and file are in dispute with the executive (PM and his rep Alex Hawke) over pre-selection for candidates in some NSW seats.
Haven't been decided yet.
Some say a deliberate delaying tactic by the executive to get their way.
Presumably the PM wants to run the types of candidates that could attract votes due to having a public profile.
With that background "party sources" have been quoted as saying internal polling in NSW suggests a likely result of 41 to 59 in Labors favour with concern about One Nation, UAP and Independents in some seats.
