That is a great recount of the AGM CD, I was there too and all I can add is that QHL's stock broker was there and looked very happy and relaxed as well, so I'd expect the capital raising is going well. One other thing the MD said is that they received 4M from Abu Dhabi, he did not say they were asking for more, so I'd assume the 20c share are all but gone. It may be that is just what I wanted to hear and not the reality of things, but given their financial track record, it would be foolish to issue more shares at 20c when the masket would pay between 50 and 60c.
