    Good point joewolf. Do you know if there is anything to prevent them rolling the buyback forward or extending it, so that they can simply continue as they have been? Or is the maximum amount in the 3c a hard limit for the year? As you say, without the buyback things will turn grim pretty fast/provide opportunity.
