I managed to get an hour meeting with Paul today and as usual the chat isn't in line with the reality. The retiring CFO had a set of skills suitable to reach this stage of operation. There is a substantial change in that role going forward however and simply required a position upgrade for whats on the table for the year ahead. The new CFO role now encompasses a strategist position.
Totally makes sense as we head into a strength gathering year.
We are better off for the change and no the ex CFO is not bolting as 1 (could be wrong here) would mention.
My take is one of continued confidence after today and I will look to accumulate whilst price is down.
