the rates are all set based off 3m BBSW....which hasnt risen yet, but if it rises then the cost of funding does go up...ditto for the MTN.......I actually think the current obsession with interest rates is way overdone and cant seem them rising above 1% this year.
It feels like the volume is building.....the report from Lodge with target $1.52 was interesting, presumably it is them buying.
