I actually know what "material" means but very nice of you to assist
The Trading halt from the company announced the cap raising was material but provided no detail as to what the funds would be used for
That was what my query was about......what are they specifically going to use this cap raise for considering to the company it is "material"
Details were later provided by another source ....in fact the Fin Review
