Yes however according to company announcements the environmental investigation was completed and approved by August/September, and the (60 day allowable) Mining Directorate 'technical review' already underway and progressing well by that point.
clearly its a long process and we can't expect overnight results, all I'm saying is you can't post something saying it's going through the normal defined process as outlined in the Mining Code as presented in your message - when that's demonstrably false according to management informational releases.
