The issue there is you can't wait forever. The PEL87 licence has an expiry period. Current period does not have a drill commitment, but pretty certain the next term will. I think I recall they have requested an extension on the current term. Not sure where they are at with that, but you can't get more than 12 months. So, they will need to farm it out soon or drop the block. I can't see PCL taking on a drill commitment without a farminee to pay for it.
