A great BOD stands the test of time and makes great strategic decisions that prove themselves over and over again. Hard to find. In two decades, I have only found a handful in the markets and in private equity. I have been an investor in IHL from the earliest of days and IMO, they have always been a fantastic team with that rare collection of "energy" as you rightly put it along with great corporate and entrepreneurial skill that keeps on delivering.

As Buffet says - if you get three investments in your lifetime that you picked well, (he focuses on the people most of all) you can get very wealthy. How many people do we know who look for the next best thing and leave fortunes behind..... IMO IHL is one of those once in a lifetime companies that is potentially life changing, not only for investors but for patient health care.

Happens so much in this day and age....always chasing the next best thing, instead of sitting on the gem you already have. Reminded me of an excerpt from a good book I read a few years ago -
