Ive written here rarely, but i own a small business providing real estate signage in the Rockingham-Mandurah area in southern Perth Metro. Been running for 6 years, and the nature of what i do means i know how many signs go up, if they are being collected with a sold sticker, how long they have been out and such.
I always do a free sign for agents when i know it is their house thats going on the market. I will tell you there are far more agents this year already selling property than any time before in my business. Make of that what you will, but for the first time in 14 years im considering selling my only property.
