What's the point of building visibility when you have no product to sell?
People think that US markets are these magic bullets...that US investors are somehow stupid and will buy anything tech related

This consolidation and proposed listing are nothing more than obfuscation at this point IMHO...you don't rent premises and then think about what you are going to use them for
Let them actually launch something worthwhile and then worry about all this peripheral nonsense....it's simply muddying the water to retain attention and loyalty at this stage in my view
