If revenue is going up. Spend more not less.
I've spent much of my life working in tech and business worth tens and hundreds of billions MC. Worrying about profit was never an issue and spent many years not breaking even.
Trying to extract a decent profit out of a business with $100m ARR is a lot easier than a $10M ARR business.
