This is a MAJOR issue from a KYC and AML/CTF perspective.
Basically if this can be used as a credit deposit card in a way either by error or by a bug all types of criminals will be wanting to breach this to benefit for laundering purposes.
This should be reported to AUSTRAC for investigation to see if the issue is wide spread.
To me this is a huge concern that is being potentially overlooked.
