Well, if ROX is not so much stressed with cash, how could it be valued at this price? I think the CR factor has been fully priced in, or close to it.
Who holds RXL and does not see CR is imminent? Reiterating CR again and again in this forum sanctions a textbook down ramping, I dare to say.
