After May Elections , IF the Labor/Greens win as expected, ---- I am wondering whether to Covert House/Property to Cash and Shares(Liquid assets -- that can be easier to Divest and pass on to the kids , over a period of time--Instead of the possibility of the Kids having to pay an Unavoidable Tax --call it Inheritance Tax or Death Tax -- I think any major Assets will be unable to be reduced in any form..
I suppose the introduction of Chinese practices and traditions, once we form closer ties with them may help at first with the Care and respect of Parents , by their children -- but genuine Love and Care of Parents by their children, cannot be forced even by direct order by Government Leaders...
Interesting Times ahead..
Maybe a HUGE ADO success may offer More Choices , of where to possibly live in the Future...
