Only started looking at this company today and spent around three hours looking into it this morning. No position taken so far, but seems interesting to conduct more research to uncover any potential red flags which would hinder the growth story. Would be interested to know who's the company's competition (haven't started looking, so any pointers would be helpful)??

Something which is a kind of a put off is that Marc Barnett has no shares to his name (might have changed now, given 40% of the recent raise was taken up by management). That said, it looks like he's just interested in getting freebies (i.e. 10 million performance options....if he gets them across the line) rather than putting his own dough in the company, which is surprising since he sold his last company to Tencent, so he's probably loaded. Saying this, Marc only became the CEO early last year.

What are the performance hurdles for Marc's shares? (haven't looked yet but that was on the to-do list).

Nevertheless, whilst its good to see management owning a lot of stock and putting their hard earn dough into the company (like our other little company), it's not the be all and end all. What matters more is the product and potential market demand for that product. That being said, until more research is done, unfortunately can't comment on the company yet in great detail like our other little gem which is now a 60+ bagger.
