It seems to be bothering you if you have to create a new thread and post about it. It has never happened to me, hot copper isn't your tech support. You need a new phone or learn how to use your current one (honestly stop letting kids play with your phone). If you have left it for a month, the onus is on you. Sitting around doing nothing but posting on hot copper won't solve your isolated issue. Step back & think.
