Ann: Market Update , page-6

I left the agm with a bad feeling (nice sandwiches though) - thought an air of desparation was evident with the sale of Formwork on vendor terms ($2m). Foolishly I continued to hold till today when sold the lot at 80c - this long suffering shareholder is right out.
Management MUST have had more than an inkling of the liklihood of today's announcement at the time of the agm - maybe the cap raising too.
I won't be surprised if the Formwork deal falls through.

I am not an analyst - dyor - I am more than annoyed though.
