everybody can visually inspect the register at Link/Computershare for a nominal fee but without a good understanding of what to look for it would be like trying to find a needle in a hay stack...

but well worth the effort if you know what you are after,

The register you view would be the latest register! If you have an old top 20 it would be very easy to check movements and then search for any new entries...

all companies are also required to maintain a register of relevant interest that gives you even more detail as it is the next layer below the custodian so you can see who actually owns the stock, this register must also be made open to everyone, but the data may not be as current and also very difficult to understand. Unless you have an excellent understanding of the custodial trail I wouldn't recommend going down this path...
