I'm still worried about what this high inflation will do to the cost of everything. Everything will be more expensive but property should fall 30-40%? You even talked about the cost of lumber going up and all I hear is builders increasing their prices.
This time it's tricky and I am thinking back to my parents and their houses really shooting up in the 80s with high inflation. I don't want to be one of those people that look back and say "Oh I should have held" lol
