I finally got around to having a good read of the quarterly. It seems a lot is going on in the background. It could be a bit more specific in parts...
Hoping the EPA doesn't request any further information for the ESD.
I do wonder if VRX were not using the DVT mining method if the EPA would have provided the ESD as seems to be common practice for other standardized approvals.
Hopefully Bruce already has the management plans pre filled ready for submission with the ERD document as to not delay the process unnecessarily.
One of the the government departments I was working for in Perth a few years ago used to preempt requests and prefill all council/government paperwork so they could re submit for approvals on the same day or within 1-2 business days. 'Stay on top of the pile' was the theory.
Most documents had a 4-6 week approval time once they hit the relevant government departments but were always approved early because response was so fast.
