bully and a smack on the nose

All of this cloak and dagger stuff in regards to speculation as to why BG are stalling or not playing ball. IMO quite simple, they are pre occupied and in the middle of completing some big projects in Queensland and would rather concentrate on having these completed on budget and on schedule free from incidents.

It must also be raised once again that no more that two months ago it was common news that BG had taken a massive hit to the gross profit margins, many of the big, mid and small cap companies are still nursing wounds from the global economic collapse. BG are still counting their pennies, as most other companies.

Look, when encountered by a bully an option is to smack him on the tip of the nose hard and fast and if necessary repeatedly, ideally on a one on one situation where bully may be less likely to retaliate due to loosing face. CTP has smacked BG on the nose, and it was done at the most opportunistic time for CTP, this smacking was done well before CTP travelled to the UK the other month and aimed at shacking the tree. After all CTP have more to loose in the short time as opposed to BG, it could be in the best interest of CTP to step out of the shadows of BG if deemed necessary

I have no doubt based on business practices (what I can get out of this) and profit making that BG will be in, when who knows and who cares. At the end of the day, the expenses and headaches associated with arbitration will be avoided, BG just want to delay as far as reasonably pracatical to suit their business needs and model.

I cant provide firm evidence, nor can anyone else that this issue will not go the full hog, but common sense dictates the true face value of what all can achieve to gain by playing nice. I still maintain that the manner (last 3 months) in which CTP have rolled out their dices is one that has thought behind it and sets a clear message to BG.

I am still awaiting for the second drilling ann and hope that this will be received by week ending. Please take note that it is thanks giving in the US so markets and volumes are bound to be low for week ending
