Who has to fork out the money, who is suspended and who has been in a trading halt of late. Mean time CTP trading, no expenditure for up coming drilling program. But most damaging of all in the immediate time period is the dilution that comes with most capital raising.
Just my humble opinion. Not ramping and not promoting.
