Hi Healyn,
From my experience if you stroke a cat for too long and you get scratched. With Intec you don't always get the detailed answer you want and sometimes confidentiality precludes much of an answer at all but they don't scratch.
Also there is no loose cat hair floating around. Just kind, friendly folks with a lot of patience and a desire to succeed and please.
