My interpretation is that VPE is examining what (if any) impact ramping up the production to circa 2000 BOPD will have - until then we can only speculate whether a problem exists or not.
Still a good sign that Eddie isn't moving his share order so can't be all that bad otherwise he wouldn't be buying more.
