Yeah, I sold half of my holdings yesterday because of the SP. With bond yields and interest rates expected to rise, I presumed the only direction here was down. Turnover seems normal. I must admit that for a REIT they've proved to be a small growth stock. I can only imagine that with all the talk about volatility, investors may be looking for something safe. But I really don't get it.
