The story of how Chatree turn KCN into a blue chip stock and it fall from grace is a well known story in the investment community.. There are alot of skeptics.
I recall one of the Atlassian co-founders buying a big stake at around $1 betting on resumption of production, this is when Chatree mine operations suspended for review (before the processing license taken away). I think he got burnt and liquidated his holdings.
It been a long journey to get here.. PRI claim, metal tiger board spill, low ball bid by Thai businessman... just get over this headwind.. the momentum will gain pace and there is a lot of upside that you have mentioned. And 'repeat systems', 'potential access higher grades from quartz lease'....
