Waiting for a higher SP? Probably not . Likely just the usual delays.
If LLL wants to raise $50 mill under the IPO the lower the issue price the more shares needed from the SOI to raise that amount. Hence higher % of SOI for IPO and less free shares %. Will not effect those taking up 100% of IPO entitlement but certainly will effect those Goldies not intending to take up their IPO entitlement.
