Hi Eire2011 Thanks for all your work and very good postings... Can I ask what your opinion is about the "strategic investors" ... do you think Mr P assumes this would be via our existing cornerstones such as SIO Capital and L1 Capital increasing their influence within our existing shareholder cohort essentially by buying more shares (ASX), or do you think Edwards and/or Medronic (or others) will come after us by buying shares on the NASDAC once we are listed there?. Additionally, would you think that a listing on the NASDAC might see a share split? .....example (say) 5 for 1 ... same MC, just more bones to be fought over? Is it the same in US of A as here in ASX where 19.9% is the limit for a single investor otherwise a takeover offer must be given to all shareholders? KB
