Ok. Lets call it for what it is.

We have a Mining Licence Authority actually publishing the evidence of their perfidity.

There we have it on their own map.

I understand that ARE's Licence expired on 31/12/2021.
But . . .
1) the Authority accepted a competing Licence application on 21/10/2021 and did not advise the current holders
who had rights of first offer of refusal to renew.
2) the Authority cancelled the ARE licence on 2/12/2021 and did not advise ARE.
3) the ARE renewal documents and cheque were "lost" before 31/12/2021.

Just how are the Authority's silks expected to defend this crock ?

There is no way that the mindset of these Authorities can be reasoned with.
Their employers have no choice but to dismiss them immediately.
.
ARE management have a responsibility to stand up to this crude attempt at bullying.

Otherwise it will never end.
