a line must be drawn in the sand.

My expectations are that it will strongly align with British Common Law ( see Wiki URL )

What rights do you expect the "Global Development Corporation" to enjoy if they had Mining Leases in Australia ?
I would be ashamed if our Authorities behaved in this way. You would too.
