What is the connection between Ukraine and the brutal sell off in the lithium stocks?

Lithium prices keep rocketing. Any conflict will disrupt supply chains and rocket commodity prices up further.
Livent just announced quarterly results at the top of their guidance.
Surely this is a Warren Buffet moment to pick up more.
