Interesting to note recent developments in the market place, Develop Global run by Bill Beament former northern star executive has recently acquired a VMS style deposit (Copper/Zinc) Woodlawn project in NSW to add to their starting project of sulphur springs (VMS deposit as well) The upfront consideration was 30 million which is approx the size of our market cap at the moment. 70 million is contingent consideration based on milestones, I own DVP for full disclosure. Trek is in close proximity to DVP and are targeting a similar style deposit at Valley of the Gossan’s as Sulphur springs. If we can firm up an economic VMS deposit at Valley of the Gossan’s then I suspect DVP will be circling for a merger. I think it’s a win win here, we can either go this project alone with our existing management or DVP can issue scrip to trek holders to take over the project (happy with either if this scenario eventuates). We first need some results and firming up a deposit but nothing wrong with thinking ahead and what could be. Cheers, CP.
