They are aiming to increase shares in issue by 12.5% and raise $840M over 5 years for the shareholder 1 for 8 listed options.
The listed options and the 10M unlisted options for employees will increase shares on issue by approximately 18%.
Price has to reach $35 in five years to be feasible to be exercised.
These will be issued at a cost and the value is not represented in current expenses (prospectus to be lodged in March.
