If its a company with a good and growing business and the shares can be bought at a favourable price then where is the problem? Quite different if you have a lousy business and lots of debt and poor prospects and the share price is going down.
Of course every body wants to guess the right time to buy or sell, and that's really what you are talking about, because its pretty clear from your comments that you don't really understand the difference between the products that PNV makes and for instance AVH or their business prospects.
