Exactly this game is not over - HUM may never get to use its new name. My beef with them is the fact that there was not a single hint of the magnitude of the restructure costs and the subsequent writeoff required within the Nov 21 addresses by the CEO and Chairman of the board. Very poor form as those costs must have been entirely visible at that point in time IMO and there should have been some disclosure of the magnitude. Instead we are left to watch the market digest this mix of distasteful components and say it is all OK at the EGM. It will crystallize a fairly sizable loss for me thank you very much AA.
