results of resolutions put to agm

Does anybody know the outcome of the resolutions put to yesterday's AGM?

ASX Listing Rules require that results be announced 'immediately' following conclusion of the meeting. Yet another example of management's inability to comply with statutory requirements.

BTW, I thought the Chairman's address was hopeless - no details that haven't been heard before. A single project company and we get half a page on that project. These guys need to get real or move on.
