Strange way of trading. Seems someone is trying to encourage sellers at lower than the cap price. On the other hand if by chance the 10.5c gets taken out we may just fly. IMO there is something developing with this stock. I hope its not a case of Dragon to be taken over by a predator at these ridiculously low prices. Even though the stock is trending up I am far from satisfied with the pace.
